About Us
We are the Sarhan family: Mark, Katie, Nathan, and Katrina. We are currently on deputation as Baptist missionaries to the country of Spain. God has been working in our lives over the years and across the world, drawing us to Him and to each other. We love to share what God has done and what He is continuing to do in our lives, so we invite you to read more about our testimonies.

A LAND OF HISTORY, TRADITION, & NEED
If you spend 5 minutes on our website, during that time approximately 525 people around the world will have died…and many will be entering eternity separated from Christ.
Across the beautiful countryside of Spain, you’ll find traces of history going back thousands of years. Tradition is a big part of daily life, and even in the midst of modern influences, some traditions never die and history still affects the lives of millions. With over 47.2 million people in the kingdom of Spain, 58.6% are Roman Catholics, 26.5% are atheist or agnostic, 10% claim the title “nonbelievers”, and 2.4% follow other religions. Of those, it is estimated 2.2 million are Muslim, and 1.5 million are some form of Protestant (in the broadest sense of the word).
Whether tradition or uncertainty of what is true, there is a real need for both the Spanish people and the immigrants to see the Truth and their personal need of a relationship with the Savior of all.

Our First-Term Goals
Our desire is to serve in Spain among the Spanish people and immigrants as full-time missionaries. We will begin our first term serving alongside veteran Baptist missionaries currently serving in the area of Madrid, Spain.
Our primary goals for our first term:

Study Spanish in order to reach conversational fluency for life and ministry (for Mark) and refresh the language (for Katie)

Encourage the missionaries and the believers in their church
- Reach out to immigrants and begin developing relationships to share the Gospel

Explore needs and opportunities to reach more of the immigrants throughout Spain and in the future plant a church
